Trade:
WR Brandon Marshall, NYJ WR
TE Jordan Reed, Wsh TE
RB DeAngelo Williams, Pit RB
For:
WR Antonio Brown, Pit WR
TE Antonio Gates, SD TE
RB LeSean McCoy, Buf RB
Is this a good trade?
He's the commissioner. He processed the trade today. If that offer is on the table then close ATOT right now and go accept that trade before the other guy sobers up. That deal is highway robbery for you.
He's serious.
He was serious. The deal went through this morning.I think it a really good trade for you. You get the best player in the deal, plus McCoy has more season long value over Williams.
Although I agree with Maudib, I do not thing he seriously considering the deal...
Here's a head scratcher. Owner proposed this to me:
I give him:
David Johnson, Ari RB
He trades:
LeGarrette Blount, NE RB
Dak Prescott, Dal QB
sounds awful for me, right? Well, we now have an OP slot and 2 FLEX spots, so essentially everyone has 2 starting QBs in their lineup. THe league is so deep (14) that there are no starters available. I drafted RG3 late as my OP fill in. Figured, hey, he should be good for at least 12 points, right? LOL.
anyway, our teams:
(We do IDP, so I will leave out those 8 slots)
Me:
QB T Taylor
RB D Johnson
WR AJ Green
WR Golden Tate
TE Jack Doyle
FLEX Jonathan Stewart
FLEX Kenny Britt
OP Alfred Morris
K Vinatieri
B Jimmy Graham TE
B Devante Parker WR
B Tim Hightower RB
+ 3x IDP
IR RG3
Him:
QB Brees
RB McCoy
WR Maclin
WR Crabtree
TE Ebron
FL C Hyde
FL Blount
OP Cousins
K Crosby
B Gore
B Fuller WR
B Coates WR
B Prescott
B Doctson WR
B Barner RB
IR Lewis RB
IR Eifert TE
I don't like the idea of trading my #1 for another flex RB, and my entire roster will be FLEX positions for RB after that (I believe Johnson will be the top RB at the end of the year, barring another superhero performance from Peterson. Gurley is great, but D's will be stacking the box against him because the Rams are just awful and have no passing game)
I'm really hurt with that OP slot, but I think I would be giving up too much for these options. I think Prescott will be OK, but still an unknown quantity. My TE slot is a huge issue, too
I'm thinking to respond with an offer for Blount and Cousins, or just reject it. Thoughts?
I'd reject that offer. Blount and Cousins aren't worth giving up DJ for. I'd counter something along the lines of DJ + Britt + DVP for Hyde, Dak, and Fuller. You're giving up the best player in the deal and one with high upside in DVP but getting back 3 solid starters in return. The other owner is giving up 2 guys on his bench and one starter (Hyde) who he can replace with Gore from his bench or DVP from your trade.
I've always liked Cobb, but never in fantasy. I recall him having one good fantasy year, but he's otherwise very sporadic. I want to say his TD totals ave about 3-5 the last couple of years. He's probably decent in a PPR league, though.
I wouldn't take that offer at all. I'd scout that waiver wire, man. A bunch of RB went down this week. There are bound to be some quality backups. Also, try proposing some trades with other owners. Here's a head scratcher. Owner proposed this to me:

Mike Wallace is on fire through 2 games. I started him this week over T.Y. Hilton versus the Broncos secondary. We'll see if that decision pans out after the Colts finish. Wallace had 42 yards receiving and 2 TD today.
Which of these players has the least upside?
Derek Carr
Russell Wilson
Mike Wallace
Rashad Jennings
Michael Floyd
DeVante Parker
Travis Benjamin
yeah, i thought he was gonna have a good season. he was my deep sleeper pick in a few leagues i'm in. oh well.I need a QB, though. the problem with our league is that everyone now has 2 QB starting, because of that OP slot, so they aren't just backups/handcuffs for other owners. This means there isn't a single viable QB available. My OP slot was RGdipshit because I idiotically hoped that he would manage to survive at least 5 or more games. Oh well.

i'd get carson wentz. i think he'll do some damage after the bye week. keep your eye on blaine gabbert.
I'd rather have Sanders and I'd rather have Watkins.Which side of the trade would you rather have?
Langford/E. Sanders or Starks/Watkins
no seriously, all starters are gone. 14 teams in the league with at least 2 QB per team (some drafted 3 or even 4) means all starters are gone from week 1. Yes, this means someone actually drafted Blaine Gabbert.
All I have to choose for this week on waiver/FA are NE's 3rd string Brissett (2 weeks only) and Hoyer (1 week) or whoever is going to filling in next week in Cleveland. ...and it will probably have to be waiver picks because that's how desperate the QB situation is.
Oh, and everyone wants my Johnson:
got another offer for Rivers and and Tavon Austin. Yeah, I would totally take Rivers, but might as well not even bother with Tavon as I'm rather stacked at WR. But of course, now it's even harder to send Johnson away, because Stewart is now out 2+ weeks with a hammy...and not like he is great for points anyway.
