they need to add skirts back in.
Just sayin. :|
I don't get the materia stuff...i just found out about in game via the quest lines.
so you have to wear and use something you want to destroy? so you wear some crappy item for awhile?
So, anyone else running AMD cards, just an FYI:
The latest beta drivers that include frame pacing - to address Crossfire primarily - now make this game run much smoother. It was running pretty choppy for me prior to the Catalyst 13.10 betas that are available now. (WHQL 13.9 that was just released does not have frame pacing.) I can imagine even for single GPU setups the frame pacing (and other driver optimizations in the beta for FFXIV) may help this game out.
Final Fantasy XIV: Improves single GPU and CrossFire performance
Support for AMD CrossFire Frame Pacing
- Frame Pacing ensures that frames rendered across multiple GPUs in a CrossFire configuration will be displayed at an even and regular pace.
- Enabled through the AMD Catalyst Control Center; Globally or on a per application basis.
- Frame Pacing is enabled by default.
- Supported for DirectX 10 and DirectX 11 applications, and resolutions up to and including 2560x1600 (single display).
yeah, the belts were nice and detailed. It's a shame you can't layer them on top.
Digging through compiled information, it does appear that ilvl55 stuff turns into tier 4 materia, it's just a very low rate. I don't know if I would waste my time/money making those...
I got kicked off the server last night after logging in and starting to craft...wasted some 1* mats =p...and I haven't been able to retrieve the NA/EU server list since then. GD SE. Already barely find time to play as it is.
They need to look into six sigma or something.
