I will miss racing tomorrow night and the forseeable future. My Mom's house caught fire yesterday morning and she was airlifted to the burn ICU @ UW's Harborview Medical Center here in Seattle. My step dad is flying in this afternoon from London and is staying with me until we have a better idea of what her recovery time will be. I will return at some point, good racing my friends.

ya your right. but still its pretty much an f1. at least the closest thing in the game to an f1.

Its not pretty much an F1. All they have in common is that they are expensive, powerful and purpose built racing cars. F1 cars would be much faster though - lighter and more powerful.

i think LMP1 cars actually have higher top speeds than many F1 cars, or at least they see higher top speeds as a result of the tracks they race on.

F1 cars definitely accelerate and corner faster though.

Question: Do you mean a stock A class car or a lower class car upgraded to a A class?

You can do either, but I recommend upgrades.

No way, LMP1 cars don't have that high of a top speed (185 MPH or so now?). Once upon a time they were doing 200+ at LeMans but those days are past. F1 has a higher trap speed now.

As for LMP1 being close to F1, yeah, they both have oddly shaped bodies but that's about it.

btw, has anyone else noticed that camino viejo and ladera test track are connected now?!
