BMW has run flat tires, so you can drive 50 miles after the puncture to a safe service station. Also better fuel economy because less weight.

I don't have one, but am very seriously considering them. Either an 05 6mt as cheap as possible or an 08 G37.
Anyone know if it's best to wait a year to 'work out the kinks' on the G37 or are most problems worked out?
Anything new on the oil consumption issues with the rev-up motors?

I'm absolutely fiending for a g37 coupe.
Edit: Although I've heard you can't put an aftermarket head unit in them?

The Oil consumption issue with the Rev-up motors are a hit and a miss not all of them have the issue. If it does have the issue they do an OC test and replace the whole engine. Just make sure any car your going to buy has some warranty left so if it does have an OC problem you can get it fixed.

Does Nissan know what causes it? If not, what keeps the new motor from doing the same thing?
