WTF is up with you today? There ARE quite a few G35 drivers (myself included) on these forums. Do I care if we have an official G35 thread? Not really. But seriously, its one thread, not a big deal, easy enough to just ignore it, and besides, now if anyone asks about a g35 question, they can just post in here! potentially less threads for you to ignore!

I used to have a G35 Sport Sedan 6MT.

I loved that car. It got horrible mileage but was pretty reliable. The one issue I had, which was a bad one, was with the cruise control. Two times, the car completely shut off, engine and all, while hitting the steering mounted accelerator. I stopped using it after that.

hah, what the hell? This isn't a brag thread, and it's a totally legit subject for the garage. We've had plenty of these in all kinds of different forms, model specific and so on. It's not like the G35/37 is a freaking Ferrari or anything, they're dime-a-dozen cars around most places, and I think they're pretty nice for the price.

I agree with the above poster, if you don't think you want to be a part of the thread, don't come in here and crap all over it, it takes less effort to just ignore it and click on something you are actually interested in.

I've been shopping for a replacement for the altima for a couple years now, if there was a G35 awd with a manual I'd have one, BMW's are nice but too small, and over priced for what you get (still probably what I'll end up with).

coworker got his truck "stolen" and bought one of these. 07 G35 sedan, apparently with every option but AWD, with70k miles for $19k. Decent deal?


I haven't driven it yet, but it seems kinda gimmicky. Like a car I'd really enjoy for a few months then it'd get annoying

at least he is finding some ha, when I looked there were non! 2 months after I got my car a perfect car was up for sale , it had exactly what I wanted. Bleh

Oh well next time I shall get a 6mt.

Crazy you guys can't find any.. I more had an issue with color when I was looking for a 6MT Maxima.. I found 2 silvers and a blue in my city alone (all 6 speeds)

I guess us Canucks like the manual trans more, or something

If a 6mt is available, my wife refuses to settle for an automatic. I am trying to expand the short list for her car. Right now it is new G37 Sedan (sport), maybe a new STI, c.p.o. CTS-V; basically a sporty sedan with 4 doors and can comfortably seat 4 or at least one happy driver and an equally happy chocolate lab.

The dealership where I used to take my G35 sedan 6MT would always comment on my car. They say they might see a 6MT sedan one time a month a best. I tried getting the new 6MT G35S or G37S sedan but couldn't find any after months of looking so I had to go another 6MT route.
