Tried to play vs mp last night. Oh goodness, I'm so bad at this. Not used to 3rd person mp or something.

Yeah, I'm pretty terrible too. It's just an entirely different type of shooter than anything else. I played a lot of Wingman the other day with my brother along with some TDM. I think my KD ratio is 0.2 or something, haha. I'm really glad I don't care about stats anymore, I used to be OCD about them. My main focus when playing online with friends is to tag enemies as well as hopefully putting that extra bit of firepower to take them down.

Points per game is more important than K/D in my opinion, atleast in Ranked Team Deathmatch which is what I've only played. You can get a K/D of 20:1 but only get 200 points since each stolen down kill is 10 points. That doesn't make you good.

It is nice to see this one rewards for assists with points(exp), ribbons and metals.

Haven't tried MP yet, but so far SP is addicting. Hammerburst almost makes the game easy though...I remember hating GOW1/2 more getting stuck with the Lancer all the time.

Yeah I was still having fun with it. I'm like you. It didn't bother me really to be that bad. It is completely different since I never played Gow1 or 2 multi. Just passing time until maybe Rage multi or BF3 or whatever ends up being good.

I sold my for $20.50 on ebay. Who pays for these things? $20? I would have been happy with $5!

Wow - I had no idea the skin had any value. Just listed mine on eBay for $25 Buy It Now (there is an auction one at about $27 at the moment so I would expect it to sell for $25).

That didn't take long - sold in an hour. No idea why someone would pay for this, but getting a top-flight title for $15 is hard to argue with.

idk about you, but when I got into my first mp match on Gridlock graphics were night and day compared to Gears 1 or 2. Instead of dead and desolate in the past, the map looked like it had life. I think, the graphics on this game overall look pretty amazing.

Weird. I think it is one of the best looking console games I've seen. Not the best but top tier for sure.

I'm late to the show but I just finished SP. I thought it was a bit underwhelming. No boss fights throughout the game and the last fight was 'meh' at best. There were no clever level designs like the fixed light level in (i think) Gears 2.

RAAM was also a much tougher final boss. I started playing on average difficulty just to get a feel for it but I had to bump it to the next level after one level. Not intriguing enough to make a run at the insane level.

Agreed - this game was the best out of the 3. Got into GoW series after GoW3 came out and went through them all in a row on story mode.

I know they pretty much ended the series since all the locust and glowies got wrecked but I love the gameplay and I want a GoW4!!!

i played 1 until the last boss fight and got bored with 2 in the giant worm part of the story

the game play is almost like ME but what does it for me is that ME has powers and GoW is just shooting
