Here's what I'm running:
ATI Radeon 9000
Maxtor 80 gig ATA primary master
Maxtor 120 gig primary slave
Liteon CD-RW secondary master
Internal zip drive secondary slave
2x256 Corsair DDR400 cas2 (not LL) in dual channels #1 & 3 at timings 2-3-3-7, voltage incr by 0.1v to 2.6v
P4 2.4c not oc'd, although I can oc to 2.9 no problem
Netgear NIC in PCI slot
AVermedia video capture card in PCI
Aopen modem in PCI
On board sound enabled
On board NIC enabled (in addition to the Netgear NIC)
On board firewire enabled
350w PSU
I am not currently using the SATA interface.
I have the bios "Top Performance" option disabled (as I had read enabling it may cause memory conflicts).
BIOS drive settings are all at AUTO detect.
When the 865 chipset first came out, many boards had problems with LL RAM. Have you tried setting very conservative memory timings?
