Probably the ram depends on the Bios, Version the F4 and later seem to work better with 2+v ram. I would try with a lower voltage stick (beg or borrow) and if it will post raise the dimm voltage to 2.1v then install the ozc ram.

going to go try some cheap ddr2 to flash the bios to F7...luckily i have a friend close who has cheap ddr...otherwise i'd be SOL!
I got some cheap ddr2, it booted, at least I know the mobo isnt bad.
SO i set the vdimm voltages to +.3 volts and no dice, tried everything from +.0 to +.4 and got nothing with my OCZ ram...wow, this is making me hate OCZ...way to drop the ball on this one!
