Mine is nice, but id wager yours might be better.

Unfortunately I can't use mine to it's full potential watching HotD due to the source material. It's still good but nothing as good as what you'd find on a bluray.

Did anyone notice an improvement in the audio quality especially the surround mix? Seemed much better on my admittedly old system through a Roku. Did Roku update their software?
The massive doors to the Kings quarters were very attention getting.

I'm enjoying it. Reminds me of some of the earlier GOT seasons where they were just ruthless in showing the insanity of the monarchy infighting

Finale is going to be insane. These past 2 episodes have been fantastic.

Yeah, man. I was half expecting last night to be the major crescendo, in line with GoT's 9th episodes always being bananas. Still not disappointing though -- I loved seeing the different angles being played throughout the episode. And of course, the ending was great. Though, one word could have prevented the dance lol.

The hardest part about watching the show has to be judging how much time goes by. Rhaenyra's kids don't seem to have aged as much as Aegon and Aemon where the latter appears to be in his mid-20s. Also, if I'm not mistaken, Aegon was married to his sister? Really wanting to take that namesake seriously, I guess.

I believe Aemond/Aegon were a few years ahead of Rhaenyra's boys, but the difference is fairly stark. They needed to age Criston Cole a bit more (which btw, what a fucking psychopath).

Finished the first season. It was decent and worth the watch. Production quality was good but the pacing was bad. Jumping ahead years between episodes was really annoying. I'm hoping that stops now that they are through the initial story setup.

It's done with the time jumps for good.

questions about episode 3: the crab king

good episode till that dragon shows up.
thought it was Daemon's dragon but there's a rider on it and Daemon is pinned down on the ground by Crab king's soldiers.
So Rhaenyra? no, the rider is male.
so wtf??

Had to google who it was.
No way would i have guessed it was Lord Corlys Velaryon's son's dragon, Seasmoke.
Lord Corlys Velaryon said the Velaryon bloodline doesnt have dragons.

yeah, Lord Corlys married a Targaryen so that's why his bloodline now has a dragon.

Did i miss it in this episode where it was said his son had Seasmoke and there was 2 dragons fighting against the crab king??
