Looks like the earliest delivery is ~Nov 30 from UK. Going rate seems to about $750. I heard rumors of Dec. 8 US and Canada launch. Any truth to those rumors?

I'm only interested in HSPA+ version. If anyone knows a place where you can get one right now for ~$750, let us know.

expansys commented they expect their shipment on the 23rd... also commented they had available stock on that shipment (as of this morning)

If that makes it cheaper ill bite. 16gb is more than enough for me. I hope they offer a choice so everyone can get what they want

Wouldn't be surprised there's no ICS version yet. Adobe said they'll release one more time didn't they? Hopefully that's the case.

Isn't it obvious that it won't come on Monday ... they would let you pre-order it at least one week in advance.

Up first is this adjustment to Google’s landing page for the Galaxy Nexus showing that the device will only have 16GB of internal storage. On Thursday, this same site listed both 32GB and 16GB options, so this change is a little confusing. We know that folks with the device in hand already have 32GB versions (LTE as well), leaving us even more confused. Could they possibly cut out the 32GB option? I would certainly hope not. Since the phone has internal storage only, and no chance to add additional space through a micro SD card, this would be a huge disappointment. And let’s not forget about the $299 price tag we have seen time and time again. Both the RAZR and Rezound come with 32GB of total storage, are expandable to 48GB, and priced at $299 – we better see the 32GB version of this phone or there are going to be a lot of unhappy Android addicts.

A 16GB version for 299 is unacceptable, IMO. Why deliberately hamstring this?

Could be a few reasons:

Limited supply of HD screens.

Samsung don't want the phone to be much better than it's own GSII. Samsung already have a large supply chain already in place for it's GSII. They don't want to have to switch focus to the Nexus as it life cycle won't be that long(We should be much more powerful phones within the next few months).

Everything I mean everything but that One page points to 32GB for the CDMA version on Verizon. Lets not over react over small things until the phone actually comes out.

Such as? Other than the test phones with 32GB, the only real information is the Spec page, which lists 16GB.

I don't see why they should care, they're both Samsung phones. Samsung gets paid no matter which you buy.

leaked documents from Costco, VZW..ect Like I said it can just be a typo, we will see. I am not going to over react to something which might be wrong.

Time will tell

If ICS really isn't going to have Flash I am going to hold onto Ginger and Honeycomb devices like the OSes are made of pure gold. Flash is one of the big features I have used in Android since switching thanks to football season and firstrowsports.tv. I would hate to give it up. Suddenly I don't mind that the Transformer Prime is shipping with Honeycomb.

The only way I am willing to give up Flash is if the Protect IP Act passes and all the good Flash sites (like the one I mentioned or Icefilms) are blocked by the Great Firewall of America.

I went from OG droid to rezound just two days ago.. couldn't wait anymore as OG pretty much can't run any app well enough.

Good thing is that Verizon let me keep unlimited data plan, which is very nice on 4G LTE network.

I was doing some research about the Galaxy Nexus before placing my order and I came across the issue with the phone volume changing up and down automatically. video of the problem in action. It seems the problem isn't isolated but widespread judging by this and this. It's probably software issue but it could also be hardware too. And if it's hardware issue, it would be a pain in the ass to ship the phone back to UK to do warranty repair or replacement. I got burned with faulty hardware GPS with my Samsung Vibrant by buying it on the release date. I thought it was software issue and would be fixed shortly but we know how that went. Early Vibrant had faulty GPS hardware and Samsung never admitted or fixed the issue. They quietly corrected it on the new Vibrant 4g by using a different chip and then discontinued the original faulty Vibrant without ever doing a recall fix. It still pisses me off Samsung got away selling millions of Galaxy S with broken GPS and never had to fix or replace it.

So I read something like this and it gives me pause. Then throw in reports of subpar battery life and missing Flash and now I'm wondering if I should just wait for the US version. Ugh. It's ~$700 shipped from Handtec UK and they're supposed to get in stock tomorrow.
