Good for the lakers, but I don't see it best for his career. You'd think he'd go with the opportunity to play more and potentially have a bigger impact.

The only way melo goes to the nets is if he signs an extension. Secretly chris paul and melo want to play on the knicks to go up against miami's big 3 so i doubt melo will sign.

Didn't you realize how they both had the Knicks on top of the to be traded to list but then a few days later they changed the list? Paul suddenly had Orlando on top and Melo now has Chicago on top. The both didn't want their current clubs screwing them over since its obvious they are trying to spurn them Lebron style.

A couple years ago, would anyone have seen this coming? I don't follow NBA really outside of catching Celtics games here and there. But it seemed like Lebron had been a stand-up guy up until the last year or two.
