My only concern is his 22% K rate. Of course somehow his OBP hasn't suffered due to his superb hitting but he doesn't walk much either.

agreed, i think the whole staff needs to be fired, especially the hitting coach. collins has served his purpose and got them through the bad contracts, time to get somebody younger to manage

yeah he was fun to watch w/ the Mariners last year- tons of energy. Pretty sure he was a fairly big star in Japan- very good player over there - wasn't too great last year for the M's- good to see him having some success this year.
