Ballsy of IW and Activision to give away a major surprise like that. I know some people are annoyed at the spoiler being given away in a commercial.

Doesn't matter to me though--I want to play this game more than ever after seeing the ad during SNF yesterday and subsequently running to my 360 to DL the extended version.

For those of us who don't like to play (FPS) online, has any info on the length of the SP campaign been released? I got burned when I bought CoD4 when it was released and finished the single player story in 5 hours.

MW2 should be about the same...6-10 hours depending on how fast or slow you go through the game. Which is pretty standard for FPSs now.

I'd expect similar time frame for SP, but there's also the new co-op "Spec-Ops" missions which should add some replay value.

I envision it as a cross between Terrorist Hunt from Rainbow 6: Vegas and a mission from an actual game.

Yeah, I'm happy with 6-10 hr. Single player. I'm not exactly buying MW2 for it's single player, but it's definitely a nice addon.

When I saw that on TV last night I thought it was for an entirely different game until I saw the logo at the end. :Q I liked what I saw, I think it'd be cool to fight in some of the government buildings in DC.

Pretty much all FPS's now-a-days have super short SP which sucks. MP to me doesn't count for replayability to me.

Depends, if all of your friends have it for PC then go PC (free DLC, etc). If more of your friends will play it on 360 then go with the 360 version.
