Usually when i hit the Predator killstreak i use it asap. that's probably why i sometimes end up not killing anyone and definitely not killing more than one person. i should probably try and hold on to it until i have someone bunkered up or in my sights down range. I didn't play last night but i'm siked to get on tonight, Friday night, and play for a few hours once i get off swing shift.

When I get my Pred Missile I immediately use it too

Yeah I don't see a reason to wait. There will usually be someone in the open. Whether there's two guys near each other comes down to luck of the draw basically. If you wait until you see two guys running together in the open, chances are one of them will get shot by the time you get the laptop open and target them.

You're only on radar when you shoot with an un-silenced weapon or when they have UAV on.

Cold Blooded will remove you from the UAV, silencer wiill remove you from being a red dot when firing.

oh sweet, thanks. for some reason thought sprinting caused you to show up, but normal walking didnt. good to know.

i don't agree with this statement. of course it depends on if you're a run and gunner or a player that likes to take cover at all times and not run reckless.

if you run and gun chances are likely you will not survive long, so it makes sense to use the missile immediately to up your streak. if you're like me for instance, i try to approach the game as realistically as possible, you might want to hold onto the predator until you know you can get a nice little gaggle of enemy targets.

most of the time people travel in two or even larger groups. if you find them at a choke point or bunkered around a corner taking pot shots you can use your missile then and be guaranteed to get multiple kills. To each their own though. Thanks for all the feedback.

So I just started using my favorite weapon from MW1. The RPD. Oh my god. Rather, I am God. At least with that weapon! It is the perfect weapon for team based games like CTF or HQ Pro. I don't need silencer/cold blooded as there is constant action in these game types. Dying isn't an option, its mandatory. That said, I can sit at a bit of a distance and just deal massive amounts of death.

Oh it's by choice. I rented Halo Wars from the library, reinstalled WC3 and Starcraft on my PC (I haven't played PC games in years).

Well, I "accidentally" installed WC3 on my PC (I don't play PC games anymore) when my wife and her friends were watching a chick flick in the living room on the 360 and I was bored. I played through the entire campaign and then I installed TFT. Played through the entire campaign and a few games of multiplayer co-op games (Tower Defense, Hero Defense games). Then I reinstalled Starcraft and I'm halfway through the Zerg campaign on the first game...it's alot of fun.

I'd love to play the actual games online...but I'm not coordinated enough to have a prayer of winning against anyone but a total noob.

Yep... I had the RPD with grip yesterday and was doing better in the game than I ever have. I was on TDE and got 1st in two matches which I usually don't do that well.

I finally unlocked the M16 yesterday too. I was a big a FAMAS fan, but had basically maxed it out so I started using other weapons. The M16 is brutal in this game it seems.

I love the burstfires because it teaches you control. You can't just run out there guns blazing. You have to be much more particular about your shots, and therefore, you don't blow your cover nearly as often.

Though getting the FMJ challenge is a huge PITA because of this.

Play 3rd person, you'll get FMJ done quicker. I've brought this up before.

Because it allows you to see around walls, so you can set yourself up at certain points to where you're always shooting through the walls. I got my UMP extended mags in 3 games this time around.

I remember you mentioning that a while back. I gave it a whirl and it does work very well.

Though, getting the necessary bullet penetration kills with a sniper rifle is hard, the ACOG scope is a must, but still a PITA.

I've been doing the FMJ challenges just to get the mastery titles. Other than that, I'm not actually going to use FMJ or extended mags in regular play.

I've got all of the assault rifle mastery titles now except AK47. I'll probably work on the LMGs ans SMGs during my next prestige. The sniper rifle challenges do seem like they'd be a pain in the ass. I'm a terrible sniper to begin with, so gimping myself with specific attachments would just drag my kill count down further.
