How is 1.21 working and what chages have you found in it? I wish they would allow more memory voltage.

Just one more part to the post above. The max cpu temp I saw was 35c. Does heat or voltage reduce the life of a chip? If it continues to run cool can I push a bit more voltage through it?
I am running a Thermalright XP-90 which seems to work great.
Also my panaflow fan shows zero RPM's and I do have the three wire tail for the fan. Not sure why it doesnt show a speed. Anyone else have this problem?

i'm having trouble getting digital surround out of my Logitech Z-680s. I patched my drivers with update from 2/14/05 from MSI. I am getting only stereo sound. My logitech Z680 says "optical effect stereo" I believe with my Nforce2 it said "optiecal effect digital"
OK... turns out my computer was rebooting on its own because of IRQL_not_less_or_equal blue screen of death. I just bought this MSI Neo4 board about a week ago. Sometimes, this BSOD happens 10 minutes after I boot up... sometimes a few hours later. Since I just put together all the parts for my brand new computer, I'm having a hard time isolating where the problem is coming from. I tried running memtest86+ and my memory seems to be fine... Ran prime95 for a few hours and no errors there either. I'll try disabling the onboard sound tonight to see if the video card was sharing the same IRQ as the onboard sound. I have Windows XP Professional SP2 installed with all the current nVIDIA video and chipset drivers. I don't have any extra peripherals installed except the ones that came with the mobo. I am not overclocking yet, so no heat issues here. My CPU is running at 30 degrees Celcius. No idea how hot the NB is because there is no temp sensor, but it should be cool enough with the NB fan going 7000+ rpm. Anyone else having problems like this???
Hi, i have MSI K8N SLI Platinum and I have serious trouble with nVidia drivers. At least once a day there is a blue screen in WinXP, where is shown "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", STOP: 0x000000D1, its caused by NVTcp.sys. Im using latest nForce4 chipset drivers version 6.39 WHQL directly from nvidia.com. I think, it's problem of integrated nVidia networking controller. Are there any drivers, which can stop getting these errors?

Sorry if this is the wrong topic to ask this...
On the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum/SLI, does the 2nd video card gets close to the chipset fan in SLI mode? I have the BFG 6800GT and was wondering if it was a problem in the future when I plan to use SLI. I'm just afraid I won't be able to plug it in if it inteferes with the chipset fan. Any ideas?
Thanks.
I had the same exact problem. Go to www.nvidia.com and download the nForce 4 STANDALONE drivers. It has a different set of ethernet card drivers than the unified one. I haven't had a problem since replacing the ethernet card driver.
