These guys are class acts, they are great players, they get the job done without opening a big mouth, they are just great role models. These are the kinds of guys you can tell your kids to emulate.....

I hope Kidd goes to the Lakers. San Antonio has bigger problems with Robinson gone, Kerr a FA, and Smith a FA. Smith wasn't used in the playoffs, but he was used in the season. Kerr won it for them against Dallas and in another game in NJ.

THey need more than a PG. They need a big man up there to replace Robinson.

There are a ton of good FA's out there. Kidd will not be a Net next year after that interview. Reggie miller, Jermaine O'Neal, Michael Olowakandi, Mourning, Payton, Cassell, and a whole lot more are FA's.

Duncan hinted on David Robinson coming back one more year. Let's see what happens. Don't be surprised if the Spurs scooped up some great free agents this summer including Jason Kidd!

totally agree, not great marketing personalities compared to a kobe or shaq, but incredible players, outstanding people, and awesome skills!

congrats to the Spurs. They put on a great show at the end of the 4th.

Duncan was amazing......he almost had a QUADRUPLE DOUBLE!!

Nets put up a good fight (and i'm sure plenty of Spurs fans were pissing their pants for 3.5 quarters ), but their lack of a half court game has been their biggest weakness, IMO. I hope Kidd shows some loyalty and stays with the Nets. Whatever happened to staying with a team and becoming better. I'd hate to see him jump ship trying to get a quickie ring.

It's so great to see Robinson go out on top. It's so cliche, but he is a class act. Hats off to The Admiral.

David Robinson is such a class act. I hate to see him go, but I'm so happy for him that he can go out on top!

Tim Duncan dominated the Nets. That's all there is to it. Plus, Ginobili is fun to watch to see what he'll do next.

I respect Mourning but I hope he doesn't come back and play. His health is way more important. I expect the Lakers, Spurs and the Mavs to be monsters next year. Sacramento may be on the decline.

malone isn't a shot blocker or weakside defender, and not a great rebounder anymore, so they would be too soft with him imo....and I think duncan is better off not playing center so he doesn't take as much of a beating.

that said, if theyre willing to put duncan at center, dangle the 'opportunity to get a ring', and go after KG!

Mourning was the next best thing to shaq back in the day, but after his kidney problem, he went downhill. Now that's supposed to be healthy it will be a gamble on whether or not he'll do well. Some teams will be hesitant to take him, but someone might take the risk.

mourning, if he can get back to where he was, or close and play without the disease coming back he'd be the perfect fit imo. man thats a risk tho...if he can't play, the spurs lose a chance at another ring.
