I think the Sports Guy summed it up the best when he said how the Heat rely on the refs more than any other team in the NBA. Tonight the refs were with them at the end.

Just read on ESPN that Josh Howard did the same thing in 2002 when he was with Wake Forest: calling a timeout when they had none left. Needless to say; it ended them costing the game against Maryland.

hahahahhaha Josh Howard and Avery, fricking jokes at the end. D.Wade made Dallas his little B again!!
1 game from being $5 richer.

Why is it always 'if they get lucky' when it comes to the HEAT?
Don't blame dirk. Without dirk dallas would have lost in regulation. The guy made several clutch shots when it counted.
The heat got more foul calls because they didn't stand around the perimeter taking jump shots the whole game.

With Stack back for Game 6 and with Dirk's subpar night for Game 5, I think that will energize the Mavs to a Win in Game 6 on Tuesday. Game 7 though, it's a flip of the coin. Mavs would have the momentum and home crowd, but if you learned anything from these playoffs, nothing is ever guaranteed (or guaransheed for you Piston fans).
If Wade takes over either of these games, it's over b/c then he can just dish to Shaq (best choice) or the open man. Can Dallas double Wade and Shaq at the same time? Nope. And we both know that nobody on Dallas can guard Wade or Shaq 1 on 1, aside from Daniels who Avery won't use (AGAIN) in crunch time on Wade. lol.

Err.. Daniels isn't that great defensively. Wade can pretty much abuse anybody anytime he wants.
I'll throw a scenario to you, as food for thought. What if both Wade and Dirk go off together and score in the 40's, who would win? The last time it happened with Tmac and Dirk, Dallas won.

LOL, you're comparing T-Mac/Houston to Wade/Miami.
Just shut up already.

No I was comparing 2 superstars both scoring a bunch and what is the result. With a healthy Yao and Tmac, I would take Houston over Miami anyways. It's just injuries really shunted Hosuton this season.

Well, dirk has definitely not played great basketball, but I don't think you can blame him for last night's loss anyway. Any more than you could have blamed shaq for game 2.
