wow, i can't believe the refs called that last foul for Wade.
i also can't believe my prediction of Heat in 6 might actually come true.....
I'd love to see that prediction...
on the last foul on Wade...he probably would have made it if he wasn't fouled
go back and you'll find it. that's why it's so annoying when you play the "you're such a heat-hater" card. unlike some, i feel like i can be objective when i try.....
there was 1.9 seconds left and he's splitting the gap between 3 defenders and throwing up a scoop-circus layup......the refs bailed him out on that wild shot. you just don't like to see the refs deciding the game like that. it's not like Wade got mugged.

that call at the end isn't what won the game for the Heat...it was Howard choking then calling a stupid TO at the end...it was Dirk choking again hitting less than 50% again...and waiting till the end to miss free throws..thanks Dirk! The Heat definitely have the coaching edge for sure. Avery is losing composure...its obvious.

nah man...you're still a hater....you call Shaq Snaq...you rarely give Miami any credit. It's cool though...it's all good. I'll admit I hate the freakin Pistons. About Wade...that's just the way it is.....the superstar players get calls....face it...realize it. Wade is a superstar he's going to get calls.
Let's give Miami some credit...they beat the so-called sure thing Mavs 3 straight times...who would have though that? I didn't. I hoped and prayed though...

I don't get how you guys can make fun of dirk for being a choker for shooting bad when he shot the ball better than Wade. And that foul call on Wade to decide the game was just pathetic. It's obvious that Stern just wants to extend the series.

you're right. i picked the Heat to win an NBA championship, but i don't give them credit
that "superstars get calls" stuff is irrelevant. i'm talking about blowing the whistle in the last second of the game to decide the game. you just don't do that. let Wade hit a clutch shot to win it, unless he gets mugged. you've been an NBA fan long enough to know that.
the game was decided with that whistle....NOT howard's timeout call. the refs don't blow the whistle and the Heat lose. they make the call and the Heat win. that's what people talk about when they say the refs deciding the game.
anyways, enough of that from me.......entertaining game to watch.
the Mavs are VERY good at home, so i don't see this series as over by any stretch.

dude you could preach as much as you want about being objective...you're really not. You rarely, if ever, give the Heat credit. It's always because of another factor why they win. Tonight it was the one call. There were other fouls throughout the game that people forget that were and weren't called. I'll lose most of the respect I have for you if you really think that one play decided a game of 53 minutes.

I saw Avery make a gesture with his hands for a timeout...which would have been alright if he had 2, I think Avery screwed up.

Coaches can't call time outs.
They will be able to do so next season.
Currently they can only call timeouts when a player is bleeding.

omg, you can't admit that that foul call basically decided the game?
all the 50-some minutes lead up to that one play. up until then you can argue that the game was a stalemate (although the mavs were up 1 pt). yes, i understand that Howard blew his FT's that would have put the game out of reach. the fact remains that the very last play of the game was the one that determined the outcome of the game.
do you want me to say the Heat played a better game than the Mavs? because i can't.....it was a 1 pt game. one less whistle at the end and the Mavs win. i'd be lying if i said the Heat outplayed the Mavs tonight. i honestly can't say one team was better than the other tonight. i think that's objective, no?
with that, i'm really done, lol. onto game 6.
