Also Syracuse, UW (and beating UNC Sunday), and G'town tonight, although I'd prefer VCU to win really.

Would be a great story if the team that EVERYONE (Bilas, Vital, etc) bitched about actually moved into the next round by winning their first 2 games.

Meh, I don't think their performance in the tournament legitimizes any decision the committee made. But that's over with now anyways, it's about the games.

I can't decide which team I'd rather play. Georgetown looks like crap. VCU's press scares me a bit. But VCU playing their 3rd game in 5 days would be an advantage.

I am glad a couple of teams that should not have been in are already out. However it's nice to see some win some games. Especially against teams that are over seeded. They really handed out some wacky seeds. They refused to give teams (that deserved to be in) low seeds. They played a difficult schedule, but if you're getting in without winning 20 games, why should you be seeded in the single digits? However some of those were done so they're eliminated early if they won their first game. That's the only reason why I think they gave Tenn a 9 seed.

Also the "Uncle Toms" are going to make Michigan's new team colors be black and blue. Can't wait for that game.

Yep I should have picked VCU, especially after seeing them flatten George Mason last week in the CAA championships. I thought G-Town would have a chance with Wright coming back, but meh.

G-town was the most overrated team all season and were only in the top 25 because of their name.

Yessir. Hope the eers can finish the job. This could be Huggins's finest season coaching after losing Butler and Ebanks + seniors to the draft. Just to give you an idea of how depleted they are, WVU will have 9-12 scholarships available for next year. This team that is beating Kentucky has 1/3 the talent of last year's Final Four team.

He has to be top 10 of all time when it's all said and done.

Haha, that's the obvious conclusion, but I never said they were calling for one way or another, just bad in general. Hell, the one foul against WVU when their guy had a hand on Liggins, then Liggins reared back like he had got smacked in the face and they called the foul on WVU. That's an example, good enough?

The officiating has been horrible, they have missed 3 fouls on Mazzula in the 2nd half alone... but WVU still has the lead (somehow!).

Reffing definitely did suck in the 2nd half. Good win, though.
