Yea, I should know to NEVER EVER bet against Izzo in March in a big game. Man doesn't know how to lose early in the tourney.

I think izzo is a great coach. I called this one and ncstate over nova. The rest of my bracket was close to chalk and therefore a dumpster fire.

Yep, got the NCState game too but missed this one. Thought UVA would have pulled through but they never were the same team after Anderson went down (even with his return - not the same player as before). Rest of my bracket is also in the dumpster burning.

Who do you think we match up better against WVA or Maryland?

Izzo has long been a favorite coach of mine--2nd favorite behind Krsystememvlhiski, I suppose. Dude is pure class and really doesn't know how to lose in March.

I almost always reserve a spot for MSU in the final 4, regardless of their seeding.

UK vs WVU at 9:45pm on Thursday (I hate late starting games!!!) is going to be a war!

I'm getting old. These late games equal next morning hell at work. At least I'm not on Eastern time. I hope we smite Huggy Bear.

Amen to that. A 9:45 game is more like 10:15 tipoff by the time they get through announcements, 20 minutes of commercials, and whatever hype and babbling they need to toss in and stretch these things out.

Seriously...the commercials...uhg. I tried staying up for the Northern Iowa game last night...couldn't do it. 20 minutes straight of commercials leading up to the tip off. I lost interest. Went to bed.

Been doing it all year. Surprised they made it this far. They were definitely not a number 2 seed team and were overrated all year. I would have put them as a number 5-6 in the brackets
