WHOOHOOO!!! I won my work brackets! Both Georgia Tech and UConn had to win tonight for me to claim sole ownership of the tourney, and they did. Money here I come .

Once again the almighty college basketball God of Coach K is outcoached by Jim Calhoun. I'm a UConn fan and was happy to see it, but Coach K owes every Duke fan an apology over that braindead performance. With nobody on the floor who stood a chance of stopping Okafor in the last 5 minutes, why on earth did he not go the the "Whack-a-Shaq" method of defense? UConn's only weakness is freethrow shooting and Okafor barely hits 50%. All Duke needed to do was foul him every time he smelled the ball and he would have bricked UConn into the grave. Instead Duke tried to stop him with a bunch of JuCo rejects down the stretch and paid the price. Maybe it's time to stop worshipping Coach K as the successor to John Wooden. The old Wizard of Westwood would not have made that mistake.
The Dookies lost? Man I went to bed at halftime because I thought the way UConn was playing there was no way the Dookies would lose!Originally posted by: m2kewl

It must have been tape delayed, b/c the radio is usually behind real time or exact real time... I've never heard of radio being ahead of the game though.Originally posted by: Excelsior

Uhh...the radio is always (at least in my case) faster than TV.
Your TV always has a tape delay? This is the first experience I've had with it, but then again it's the first time I've watched a tournament game and listened to it on the radio
Uhh...whenever we turn on the radio and watch the game at the same time, the radio is ahead by 1-3 seconds. Is that not just from the way it is being broadcasted? I didnt think it was "tape delay".

Damn, UConn is just making it look just a little too easy. I smell another trophy on Jim Calhoun's mantle.
