Yikes, the regular Pats fans live in the real world and know this is not a playoff team this year, could you imagine if they faced the Broncos tonight instead of a rookie QB? ugh, it would have been even uglier if that's possible..

God damn the Patriots look so bad. They had like 11 punts and 10 first downs or something in the whole game. But they are 2-0 from playing the Bills and Jets (and barely winning each game) They can't go on like this, though. Need more than one target (edelman). Still can't believe those dopes gave up Welker, which is looking like the worst off-season move so far.

True! Opening NFL games (first game of the season) are different because instead of having a really short week to rest and prepare, both teams are well rested and have spent a month strategizing for their opponent.

If they weren't playing the Jets that would have been a big loss for NE. They looked terrible

A win is a win. It goes in the record books same as the Broncos over the Ravens.

Clearly the Pats are in a rebuilding year. I wouldn't write them off yet because the young players are going to get better.

The Pats are going to work out Frank Gifford and Don Maynard this week.
