I think that TD was good. He had possession/control if you ask me.

<----Has Favre and Shiancoe (plus Harvin) on fantasy team.

Edit: Sigh, I can't get a break.

that was close...coulda gone either way. I don't think there should have been enough to overturn it, but those the breaks.

Looked like a catch to me, but I'm not surprised they overturned it since it looked like the nose touched the turf.

Half the ball was sticking out and that's what hit the ground first. Afterwards, the ball was no longer partially in his hands so obviously the ball hit the ground and moved as he hadn't shifted his hand position/grip.

Damn...are the officials in tonight's game on the Packer's payroll?

That's two important calls they fucked up.

First one was in the Packers' first touchdown, (didn't have control when he went out of bounds) then the Shianco (sp?) touchdown. That SHOULD have been considered a completed pass. He had possession and control...or enough control to keep the ball without bobbling it.

Man, what's up with some of Rodger's passes? I don't know if it's bad routes or what but there have been several that have been way off

The first TD should have been challenged but the Childress was slow and the Packers rushed to kick the PAT. It's not really the ref's fault on that one since Henderson was directly in the line of the view of the nearby ref so the ref had no way to see the bobble.

The Viking TD that got overturned could have gone either way really. On one hand, it looked like he had control so they could have just let it go. On the other hand, when the guy grabbed the ball, his hands were about 75% of the way up the ball. When he came down with it and started to roll over, his hands were about halfway up the ball, so the ball moved about 1 inch after it hit the ground. Tough break for the Vikings.

Rodgers or the receivers are playing like crap. They're missing on the throws/routes by 10 yards or more. Should have worked this stuff out in practice.

Edit: Rodgers is making terrible decisions. First pick just didn't see Allen. Second pick, forcing it into double coverage in the red zone is a big no-no.

i think we can all agree that the refs have made some pretty bad calls all around this weekend.

Sure it can. Happens all the time. It didn't cause him to lose control of the ball.

I disagreed with the Moss PI call as well. Yes, he did "push off" a bit, but they ignore far more blatant PI as "incidental" than that, all the dammed time.

Ah well...on any given Sunday.
