What kind of fan is done with their team because they lost in a game 7?

Someone who isn't a fan. You take the good with the bad, it sucks they got their asses handed to them in game 7, but there's always next year. Ducks gonna be a top contender next year too.

And speaking of the wheels falling off the bus, Habs are playing incredibly stupid and the Rangers are taking full advantage of it.

The Habs are aware that this is the conference finals, right? They look pathetic out there...

Like I said, new series. Boston series is done, time to concentrate on the Rangers who also made a big come back and are really playing with heart.

After today's game, the Kings seem to be much more worn down than the Hawks who applied a ton of pressure to take advantage.

As for the disallowed goal, I'm a Hawks fan and I was shocked the goal wasn't waved off initially considering Toews inadvertently plowed into Quick. That was just another example of the NHL refs taking a page from the NBA, not exactly the best role models.

Oh, and this:

Fuck Dustin Brown.

Price is out for the remainder of the Conference Finals.

Wow, not sure there could be a single more devastating loss to a team than this.

Well, this makes the Rangers path a very easy one comparatively.
Zero chance Canadiens are making it now.

Fuck Dustin Brown.

Brown made a clean hit. He didn't leave his feet, there was no contact with the head, and Hossa saw him coming.

Brown is an agitator, and there is plenty of reason to hate on him, but your choice of gif is weak sauce.

They clarified later that when the 4 officials conferred after the initial goal call, they changed the call to no goal due to interference, then they had Toronto review to see if the puck crossed the line before Toews ran over Quick. The problem was that no one knew the call changed before the review, so it appeared that they reviewed something that is unreviewable.

They made the right call in the right way, they just didn't communicate it well.

Not saying Brown was dirty here, just that it was nice to see him get knocked on his ass. Karma and such.

As for Price being out the rest of the series, Budaj is a huge dropoff so the Habs are likely done barring a major miracle. It's a shame as I was hoping for a Habs/Hawks SCF.

OK.

<snip> Disjointed, unintelligible stoned rant.
Hooo wheee! You're known forum-wide for running away like a little bitch after your Broncos playoff meltdown. So yeah, that's all I need to know about you.

I've given Montreal credit when it was due and criticized Boston. Too stoned to read...?

I'm here during the week from work when time permits... Night and day?! ShitLOL!

My bad. I misread your post.

Price was injured in the Olympics as well. And last year in the play-offs against Ottawa.

They can win without him and certainly did not win with him last game, but this will make it harder.

I am sure he is done for the season.

Rangers playing some great hockey. Breaking out of the zone with ease, no blind passes or fancy plays.

Lundqvist has some great saves as well. Really impressed with the Rangers in this playoff

I thought the problem was that they made a call of goal initially which is reviewable. Then they changed the call to goaltender interference (apparently not telling anyone in the process, on orders from a GM meeting which also failed to inform anyone but the refs), which is not reviewable. Then they called Toronto anyway and had them review a goal that isn't reviewable because of their changed call.

It just doesn't make any sense how it went down. Right call or not, the entire process was messed up. I imagine a refinement of the process will result in the off-season.

Habs played well, rookie goalie got more confident as the game went on. However, well was not good enough as they only scored once.

Comeback is still possible. I want a game 7 as I will be in NYC then.

Not going to happen.

Canadiens will be lucky to win two games, if that. :|

According to the NHL, they reviewed whether the puck went in the net before the interference happened. When the puck crosses the goal line is reviewable.

The Canadians seem to be built to beat the Bruins, but they don't have a clue how to handle the Rangers. They may push it to 5 games, but 7 is a big ask.
