Official PC game screenshot thread.

Okay, does anyone know what my problem might be, because I can't find screenshots for CoD4 or S.T.A.L.K.E.R. at this point in Vista 64. I've gone through everything in their C: directories and there's just nothing there for screenshots. Does Vista hide those folders or something? Would they be somewhere other than C:? Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Durr, right after I posted after some searching I found my Stalker caps in a "Public" folder, but CoD4 screens are still AWOL.

DOUBLE EDIT: After a lot of Googling I finally found the answer and located my screenshots, I'll have to port some to Photobucket soon

It is one of the best games ever.

I am not going to say its name because I think its hilarious that no one knows.
I bought it from egghead software in the mid 90's & have continued to play it religiously over almost the last 13 years.

It is one of the best games ever.

I am not going to say its name because I think its hilarious that no one knows.
I bought it from egghead software in the mid 90's & have continued to play it religiously over almost the last 13 years.

Looks like it was built on the rollercoaster tycoon 1 engine. I dunno what it is, transport tycoon? Railroad tycoon? Industry tycoon?

Isn't that the level with the ghost nali and the cage full of rabbits? I remember screwing around with the rabbits for a few minutes whenever I got to that part.

yep. Sands of Time was probably the best game Ive ever played. Love the game's atmosphere. This game was a poster child for gameplay trumps graphics (although graphics were pretty good for its time)

edit: re PoP2 - do I need to play it in order to enjoy PoP3 fully? Does the story thread thru each game? Will I miss any of the story if I skip PoP2 and go straight to PoP3?

Not really, but sort of...my recommendation is that you go to Wikipedia and read the plot synopsis for PoP 2: Warrior Within. It'll give you the details you need to know without making you suffer through that horrid game for however many hours. Then just move straight on to PoP 3.

Also, the ending of PoP 3 may not be quite as powerful without having played PoP 2, as there are a few brief references there.
