Drilling off shore ain't gonna do shit 'cause the big oil is limiting refinery production no matter how much oil we're buying from middle east or drilling off shore, so as to keep the oil price high for maximum profit. Off shore drilling also releases methane, a form of gas that's 10x more potent than CO2, that contributes to global warming. gg, yes, keep drilling.
