Medicare and Social security can be fully funded with 2% of GDP over the next 75 years IF the Part D Big Pharma Give-A-Way is fixed, the retirement age is slowly raised to 70 and there is some reasonable health care reform enacted which reduce costs more closely to the rate of inflation
