Health insurance is a right? A right is a legal or moral entitlement. I would agree that health care is a right, but not insurance.

Yea, my hospital is essentially fully paperless. Only thing on paper is patient labels, a facesheet and a few random other things. and once the patient is discharged it's electronically scanned into their electronic chart and any paper copy is destroyed

Sounds pretty much like the hospital I work at.

Children are cheap to cover........when tacked onto an adults health care program. Let me see how cheap they are when they by themselves, particularly for those very young that have numerous required doctor visits.
