I don't understand why they don't have a system where each guy gets a certain amount of time to talk, after which their mic simply goes dead. No interruptions, no going past your allotted time etc, you get your time and you're done.

Romney veers completely off the rails and answers whatever question he wants, regardless of the question asked, and then Pres Obama interrupts him and takes the floor. Terrible all around, pretty sad that these two guys is the best guys we as a country can come up with.

Obama is on top of his game tonight. At the first debate I believe that Obama had some other domestic or foreign policy crisis on his mind that he really couldn't say anything about. Tonight he's relaxed, cool and well prepared for a fight.
