Unlikely. First, Obama didn't dominate Mitt as much as Mitt dominated Obama in the first debate, but Obama still was the clear victor. Second, this debate was mostly about domestic issues, the last one is all about foreign policy, and so my guess is Americans are more concerned about this one and the first one.
