To be perfectly honest, I didn't know there were any deadbeats at all, but it looks like there were at least a couple, judging from the replies. It's really sad when you try to take advantage of a $20 secret santa.

I have ALL of the e-mails and spreadsheets from last year. I will be going through these and see how the deadbeats are.

I believe we should do this on a member-member basis to see who's eligible or not. If you guys want me to do this again, I'll do it. If not, I'll hand it off. Like I said before, I had a couple good ideas for this year I'd like to do which would make it easier on my part.

Yeah, 2 people running it is enough, otherwise it gets way too confusing. Dan and I learned a lot from running this last year so we thought we would do a better job this year. Anyways, it's way too early for this thread.

I agree. More than 2 people will get it too confusing and it's just gonna cause more problems than it's worth. I was going to post a thread about this in a week and asking for some coding help. We have a plan for this project that's gonna make it a lot easier for us.

I think I'll be handing things off to Danman, I didn't know he was still around (maybe because he changed his handle). He's got the spreadsheets set up from last year so it'll probably be easier if he leads this little endeavour. In any case, PMs that were sent to me will be forwarded appropriately. I'll have a chat with Danman and amdskip about deadbeats and how registrants will be handled this year.
