Galaxies had TONS of things like player housing, complex crafting, etc. that should be replicated in more games.

I want to see player housing where the housing is located in PvP areas(on PvP servers anyway). Not sure how they'd put housing in static areas though, there'd be too many.

There could be guild halls in static areas I guess, there would be a lot less. And you should be able to design and decorate the buildings.

I still think Galaxies had the best PVP system. I remember doing raids on guild halls/cities and destroying their turrets and bases. That was a blast.

With Galaxies being shut down today, buy a set of the CDs off eBay and then play the EMU when it is done. Owning the game is the only legal way to play.

Of course, that didn't come until a year or two after its release, right? Who knows, maybe TOR will add something like it.

I think an EMU version of a PvP server would be improperly balanced, it would be all predators and no sheep to prey on

If you have a smartphone, they are supposed to be releasing an app for it. The app should be free. (at least every other authenticator app I use on my phone is)

I highly recommend using an authenticator if you can. Makes your account virtually hack-proof. It saves you from a potential gigantic headache getting your account fixed.

Supposedly the last wave today was thru Dec 7th at some point during that day. I preordered on the 8th - guess I'll be in tomorrow!

Also, the authenticator app is already out on iTunes.
