Maybe cause there are millions of astromech droids in the universe as well as protocol droids.

yeah but still... r2 and threepio might be a couple names that stuck in his head

i would think so too

I have a question, but it's not related to Revenge of the Sith.

How did the Emperial Walkers get transported to Hoth in TESB...???

Probably via Star Destroyers.

But how did they get them on the planet? I think the Rebels would notice a huge ass Star Destroyer landing. How did they get from the Destroyers to the surface?

An Eclipse-class Star Dreadnought could carry 100 AT-ATs.

I have no idea how they landed (undetected)...

Yes, they are clones. No Lucas didn't change the voices of Storm Troopers in the Original Triology.

No, they are not clones. They are the "best trainees" from the Imperial Academy

I've seen a bunch of questions that can easily be answered if you search Wikipedia. Some things may be spoiled in the Expanded Universe, but there is a sh!tload of info on Star Wars...

Yeah, that's my whole thing. I know that there were ships large enough to carry them. It's just that seeing something the size of Kanas landing just doesn't go unnoticed

The rebels knew they were coming. They landed outside the perimeter of the shield generators...

No idea either how the AT-AT's got to Hoth from Star Destroyers, but could venture a guess. In Attack of the Clones, you see a smaller ship dropping off one of those AT-TE's (mini-AT-AT). Maybe they have a larger size to do the massive AT-AT?

As far as clone troopers, intresting to see the Wikipedia stuff on it. I used to think they weren't but one time I went a post about them in TheForce.net forums and said they were. Reasoning that they were clone troopers is based on the height from StarWars.com/databank.

Snow Troopers 1.83 meters
Storm Troopers 1.83 meters
Jango Fett 1.83 meters.
Lastly,
Rebel Troopers from Hoth, varies.

So either all the Imperial Academy troopers were conviently 1.83 meters or something fishy is going on

The only way to find the truth... is to ask George Lucas and I think he was asked, just don't remember the answer he gave

Great movie! So much better then the first two. CGI more polished this time, stuff didn't look fake at all. Very well made, I just didn't like Vader's hissy fit at the end, that was kind of cheesy if you ask me. Gooooooooo YODA! Woot.

Visuals 10
Sound 10
ACTING 8(much better this time around)

yeah man. colors don't mean anything. Kotor just decided to put a label on things. corran horn had a silver one, and after adjusting the length, it becomes purple. <sorry for the nerd stuff>

Yes it does. If you read the books, it matters, but only with Sith because Sith create their saber jewels in a kiln with the force, concentrating their hatred and anger resulting in a red saber.

i don't remember reading about this at all.

in any case, to throw in my two bits on ep.3: it's definitely better than 1 and 2, but still lacking in a lot of things. dialogues are not smooth at all and the lightsaber fights are less than impressive. though i thought the final fight between anakin and kenobi was pretty cool, almost as good as their fight in ep.4

i have heard that ep.4,5,6 were good because lucas wasn't that huge yet, so he had people above him shooting down his bad ideas. but i guess after he became the big dog, there was no one to shoot down jar jar, or any of the other dumb characters.

can't believe how much of star wars i actually remember. sometimes i wonder if i would still be a huge star wars fan if r.l. salvadore never wrote his sh1tty book and killed the series for me

The plans for the Deathstar are seen in episode 1. 10+ years seperate Ep 1 from Ep 2. And figure another few years between 2-3. At the end of 3, the Deathstar only looks 85% complete. Your telling me it takes 20 frickin years to build the Deathstar?

all i know is that the death star was completed in ep.4, when luke is 17. so the end scene where vader, tarkin and palpatine were standing on the bridge of the imp deuce, the death star was like 1/3 finished. so it's definitely at least a few years after the end of ep.3.

death star was in 1? i thought the plans were in 2.

and the death star was not 85% complete, it looked like only the frame was finished. (the death star 1 was huge, so it could take a while... death star 2 was much smaller)

and of course there's vaders "there will be no one to stop us this time" quote in ep4, maybe something happened?

yes death star was in 1. Luke made it go BOOM!

hmm again i think you are wrong on the size. Death star 1 was a LOT smaller then death star 2.

yeah that's very true. which is why i said near the end of ep.3, when they are looking at the deathstar under construction, it's actually 16-17 years after anakin became vader
