Making the tax borrowing permanent is likely the top priority - and a big mistake. Repeal his tax borrowing, at least have it expire.

Seriously I would like to have a president that gives the state of the union speech without any prepared speeches, just walks up and starts talking.

But then they don't have time to have all those researchers and writers document what they should and shouldn't say .

They should just email out the speech , save us all the pain of watching we have to suffer through with bush talking.
