I missed about the last 10 pages of this thread. Other than the beginning of this page where a lack of a sense of urgency was mentioned, did anyone else find it strange they didn't go to a no-huddle offense with a little over 3 minutes left in the game and only 2 time outs?

Yes lots of people did. I for one was screaming at the TV. and I'm more the sure it'll be one the 1st questions reid and mcnabb gets.

I don't think they are quite at the Bills level. Losing 4 straight Superbowls is a bit different than losing 3 NFC championships, then losing a SB.

i broke over $100 worth of stuff while this was going on. I don't understand how an NFL team, in the Superbowl, can come to the line, down 10, with under 5 minutes left in the game, and not have at least 2 plays called. The fact that the kept going into a huddle after every play just floored me. What the hell....

Awwwwww is someone mad because his team lost? Figures. And what I said was your team didn't take advantage of the corners more. It was pathetic. Brady would have eaten you guys alive with rookie corners. Hell Vick would have. And um, stopping the run means you could have provided more men in coverage while having minimal prescence on the line. Obviously with Dillon you couldn't do that.

I'm not sure with your rage and the fact that you probably have an X-acto blade next to your wrists that you're thinking clearly, so instead of shouting insults you should try taking a breath or two to calm down.

I took joy in watching a team full of guys who flip out after every play they make get beat. Tackled Dillon after a 5 yd run? Oh, time to break out a song and dance to celebrate. It seemed like after every play was made, someone was doing some crappy dance/move to get attention. The Pats are the exact opposite of that and I hope more of the league takes notice. Well that's my mini-rant for now.

Anyhow, 3 rings in 4 years.... we spell "dynasty" "P A T S" tonight

Stopping the run? Dillon had 75 yards. Hardly impressive for a team that lead most of the 2nd half.

The problem was with the pass coverage, plain and simple. Rip them all you want.

Now I see some people are starting to talk about the clock management. Have any press conferences been held with any of the coaching staff of the Eagles where that question was asked? I'm really curious as to why they fvcked themselves over.
