And Russell is absolutely smitten with Parvati. The handing over of the idol from Russell to Parvati was the Survivor version of foreplay. I even got a bit turned on watching it, over and over and over. Think I’m crazy? Go back and take a look again. It’s foreplay. As she takes the idol, Parvati gives him a look that says, “You will most definitely get some tonight.” Of course we all know he won’t, but I think he thinks he will. That’s what I mean when I say Parvati is deadly. Even when you’re not into her, she turns on that charm and next thing you know you’re giving her your… idol.

I don't understand ATOT's hardon for Russell. This is only the third or fourth season I've watched and he's easily the most annoying person I've ever seen.

Nope, not fool proof. A fool wrecked it. Rob devised a perfect plan and Tyson couldn't grasp it. Gotta give Russell some props though, he had one chance to wriggle off the hook and played his hand perfectly.

Coach won't vote for Russell, but he'll vote for Parvati. So all they have to do is get rid of Parv first with a 5-3 vote. Then Russell goes next with a 4-3 vote.

Nah, coach liked the fact that Russell showed he had the idol awhile ago and after the latest episode talking about loyalty and probably will make a deal to vote Rob out since he doesn't like him if Russell promises to get rid of Parvati the next time but Russell will end up screwing him then and vote him out the next time after Rob is gone since that's how Russell is.

I dont think Russel gave Parviti the idol cause he wants her, he knew Rob was scamming him and he had to hope the votes wouldnt be split in a way that he would go. So he had no choice but to give it up. If he plays it he loses an ally and the idol. If he gives it up he takes the chance of going home but the reward is bigger and it paid off.

Yeah that was a great episode...two surprising tribal councils...the villains tribal being the best ever maybe. I'm a Russel fan, and don't like Boston Rob (he sure is good at challenges though). So really glad Russel has somehow made it this far.

I didn't understand the vote from the Heroes side. If they were going to vote out James why not do it last week? Colby didn't exactly make a strong case for people to keep him in the game. Even Rupert voted for James after he said James was better in every aspect of the game. Anywhoo, great season so far!

I was also glad to see James go. Amanda is so pretty but she is getting on my nerves with her overly emotional antics and poor sad eyes.

Since day 1 of last season, he's made cocky condescending threatening remarks about people and what he's going to do in the game...and followed thru at almost every step.

He's not a likeable person, but he's awesome at this game, if not a survivor god (we'll see this season.)

His ability to see what's going on with people and deciding how to play them is fvcking awesome. And when he's been on the bubble, he's always found an idol (often w/o even a clue where it would be) and saved himself.

I don't admire him for his character, but for his abilities and for walking his talk like maybe has never been seen before to this extent in this game.

People have to also remember that as long as the Villains keep winning Immunity Challenges they won't get a chance to vote for Russel or Parvati. The Heroes are at really low numbers as well, if they lose one more person I think the following episode will be a merge. So for both Russel and Parvati to be gone relatively quickly the Villains are going to have to blow the Immunity Challenges cause I honestly don't see them losing against the Heroes otherwise.

If Russel makes it to the merge (with or without Parvati) the rest of the Villains are screwed. Never doubt Russel!

As far as the hate for Russel. I despised him in the beginning of last season but, seeing him play the game like no other person I've seen, made me grow a lot of respect for him as a player of Survivor. He's honestly the best thing Survivor has got going for them.

Same sentiments here. The producers obviously love him and are having a lot of fun with this Russell vs. Boston Rob pnis contest. It makes for great tv. Russell's ability to piss in the wind and not get wet is epic, while at the beginning of last year he sounded like such a tool for even trying to.

Tyson's cool, sorry to see him go, but some credit has to be given to Russell at the same time. While no one could have predicted Tyson would do that, no one read what Russell would do either and that's why he prevailed. After all, Russell planted a seed in Tyson's head he was voting for Parvoti and that had to have influenced Tyson's poor decision to atleast some degree. A lot of luck indeed, but to write it off as only that wouldn't be fair.

Well I didn't watch last season and from what I've seen this season I'm unimpressed with Russell. He hasn't done anything but act like an arrogant jackass the whole time. This Boston Rob guy has also been a bit of an arrogant ass as well, so I'd be happy to see them both gone, but Russell first please.
