That must explain why that's all they can pick on - the weakest of the weak - the down and out - being so close to the bottom like that.

It's such a small and miserable existance it does'nt even register my scorn cuz I'm so far removed from it I guess. Know what I mean?

Simple solution: Don't give any more welfare money to those with 5 kids then you do for those with 1 kid, or a couple with no kids.
Sure it will be tough for those with 5 kids to get by, but they would still be able to "survive."

This is a really great idea. We can tax the rich tell they are poor like us and there won't be any differential in income. We will all be rich since there will be nobody with more.

Thats a bit extreme in my opinion but I do like the idea, make the welfare benefits cap at 4 children and make the benefit increase drop as the number of children increased.
