I'm sure Carolyn had that in mind when she said "I agree" in response to Trump's decision.

agree 100 percent...

Bradford's decision to waive his immunity was saying he was so confident in himself and how he performed he doesnt have to rely on his immunity to not get fired. Bradford was hands down the best person on that team from the what we saw in the first 2 episodes.

Well Ivana should've realized that by putting him in the boardroom he's really capable of getting fired. So I think she's gonna really feel like crap now since she basically killed her own team by doing that.

It looked as though she was going to cry when Trump picked him

This was my first thought as well.

Firing Bradford was stupid. This shows that Trump isn't too god awful smart. That's the whole point of an "interview". You get rid of the worst people first (Ivanna and Stacey), not the other way around, no matter if they did make one little mistake after the competition was over with.

Trumps illogical reasonings are far stupider than what Bradford did. Im sorry but Trump is a pompus ass, and I was a defender of his. He was giving jabs towards Business Schools. Trump, while successful has had several companies go bankrupt.

Yeah. I think this is bad thing overall for the team. They're going to be at each others throats next episode. I can?t wait to see the other people?s reaction when those 3 walk in.

I disagree. I liken it to going on a job interview, getting offered the job, accepting it, then, as celebration, you go with your boss out for drinks, and you proceed to get drunk and throw up on him. There's a time and place for everything, and putting his ass on the line here wasn't the time nor place.

He couldn't stand to have anyone with anywhere near his ego on the show. That is why Bradford was fired. For being cocky.

Let's put it this way. Bradford shouldn't have even been in there.

He opened his own dumbass self to be fired and THAT is why Trump fired him. He had IMMUNITY, so what the hell was he trying to prove? He knew he did a good job, everyone knew he did a good job. He even did a great job last week. Take your freebie and go upstairs and watch some anime pr0n or something, but don't do stupid sh!t like this.

He'll be better off being fired like this than being fired at a later date. Although through two episodes he was the best "player".

What about Ivana? She should have recognized Bradford's gesture as symbolic, applauded it, and let him go back to the room. Instead, she threw him into the fvcking fire.

Bradford = teh stupid, but Ivana = teh b1tch.

Let's get this straight, you guys, nerds on an internet forum, who have, by large, have accomplished fvck all, disagree with a man who's ranked 92nd in the Top 400 Richest Americans.

I'm going to go on a limb here and put just a little more faith in his decision.

I agree completely with his decision, his justifications, and I'm frankly blown away that you lot are arguing about it.

Firing people who may or may not have performed adequately in one specific situation that was subject to God knows how many factors influencing outcome versus a schmuck who put his neck on the line to serve no greater purpose that to stroke his own cock is a no-brainer.

Bradford made an incredibly stupid (arrogant) move that, in the real world, might have cost someone a substantial amount of money. Never mind about individuals not up to the task, they'll be weeded out later.

Trump was, in my opinion, completely correct in his decision.

Well put. But in this situation, when there are obviously other people on the line who performed horribly compared to him, Trump should be smart enough to let it slide. That's the great thing about this situation, is that Trump can make his point to Bradford, but not punish him by throwing away any chance he had. I'd rather have a cocky guy try to stroke his own cock than those two half-witted girls (Ivanna and Stacey).

IF you want to use Trumps illogical reasoning for firing Bradford, you must apply that to Trump as well. Trump should fire himself...

But if you keep on letting him stroke his cock, he's gonna shoot all over someone at some point.
