Bradford's decision to waive his immunity was saying he was so confident in himself and how he performed he doesnt have to rely on his immunity to not get fired. Bradford was hands down the best person on that team from the what we saw in the first 2 episodes.

I liken it to going on a job interview, getting offered the job, accepting it, then, as celebration, you go with your boss out for drinks, and you proceed to get drunk and throw up on him. That's the great thing about this situation, is that Trump can make his point to Bradford, but not punish him by throwing away any chance he had.
