Not sure of the specific location of Hooters downtown, but The Cheesecake Factory downtown is in the John Hancock Building, near Watertower.

Yup, there's also one located in Schaumburg at Woodfield Mall (~5 mins from my house).

On a side note, if anybody is still interested in doing something after dinner, I might try to grab some tickets to see the Matrix or something. It will probably be crowded as hell, but it's an idea if people wanted to do more than a dinner.

Re: Dave and Buster's -- I don't think the age-21 limit kicks in until 10 or 11 pm. But if we're seriously considering it, someone should call to find out for sure.

I voted for Saturday at Dave and Buster's, but I'm pretty open to anything. Will the Matrix Reloaded be out by then? I'm game for that too. There is a Cheesecake Factory located at the "bottom" of the John Hancock building. Dave and Buster's has a restaurant too.

I just called Dave and Buster's (Clark Street in Chicago). They said that there is no longer any curfew. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by someone 25 or older. One "old" person can accompany up to four minors. There is only a $5.00 cover charge on Friday and Saturday nights after 10 PM. If you get there earlier, there is no cover charge.

If we do D&B, we'll need a total of how many people under 21 we have, and if we have enough people 25 or older.

I think I can make it, it is during finals time but I'd like to go. Either night is fine but saturday prob works better. Actually, it's easy to find parking...you just have to pay through the nose for it. D&B actually has valet parking. Finding free/cheap street parking is hard. Plus you don't want to go too far west at night...

The thing I have against a cubs or sox game is its hard to meet and talk to people at a game, it's more expensive than D&B (assuming you don't eat or drink much @ D&B), and it will be annoying to get a lot of tickets.
