game seems set to be continued at the San Siro, teams are back on the pitch.

Bayern pulled off a 3-2 victory over Chelsea but still went down 6-5 on aggregate.

They started the game up again, and within a few minutes the flares were coming down again.

Disgusting.

wow
disgraceful

It's ok - UEFA will take firm, decisive action as always

Seriously, clubs where fans react like this deserve a ban. The authorities have shown themselves to be completely inept - witness the recent pathetic fines handed out to Spanish clubs for racist chanting

I think they'll come down hard this time. The italian fans are getting out of hand. There was the Roma incident earlier this year in the Champions League, 40 policemen being injured in riots before matches this past weekend, and now this. UEFA have no choice but to come down hard on Italian clubs and their fans.

I have to say i'm a bit worried about tomorrow's game in Turin as well... I dont know if anyone saw the game between Livepool and Juventus last week, at the start when there was a small ceremony in light of the historical Heysel disaster, some of the hardline Juve supporters turned their backs on the friendly guesture...

On top of that a few Liverpool supporters opted to travel on their own for tomorrow's game, disregarding the advice of the club and the police.

I sure hope that game is an entertaining one and helps to restore some peace and dignity to Italian football.

I really hope you're right - there just isn't much leadership at UEFA at all

Sure, there will be high tensions. But I doubt anything violent will happen unless the ref makes another horrible call like tonight.

Yeah I saw that last week - I hope tomorrow's game ends without any issues and it's the football which makes the headlines. Speaking in purely football term, Gerrard is a huge loss for Liverpool - Juventus must now be hot favourites.

After I saw the amazing Juve victory over Real Madrid at Turin in the earlier round I am positive Juve will qualify tomorrow! I hope Del Piero silences his critics with this game as well, Capello has been giving him a hard time but hopefully he'll shine tomorrow.

A real shame though that Gerrard won't be playing, regardless I think Liverpool will be a tough side to crack with the likes of Luis Garcia and co.

Cisse was out for while as well with a broken ankle or foot not so? Doubt he would make the full 90 either.

Maybe Baros would put in a solid performance, who knows!

Sorry, should have said that Cisse is expected to be on the bench as a 'last resort'. Considering the way his leg looked when he broke it against Blackburn earlier this season i'm amazed he's back already. Personally, I don't rate Baros Give me Jermain Defoe anyday!
