As for enabling that, you would have to search the NVTWEAK folder in your registry for something like that. If i get a spare second, ill look for you and post if i find anything.

Under the HKEY/Local Machine/Software/Nvidia Corporation/Global/NVTWEAK, there should be a DWORD value that says "NvCplDisablePerfQualPage". Ask him to make sure that is set to 0.

From what i've heard, the 78.05 drivers are called "super drivers" because its supposed to be good.
