they ship out from the east coast using ground so it depends on how far away you are. about a week to get to me on the west coast.

I understand and agree, just on the Vonage forum site, you can just click right on the coupon and get the referral..., no waiting for an email.

The other info on that site is real good also, I think anyhow. I had a killer time with my new Linksys router, and withing a few minutes I had it resolved (this was after 2 weeks of no replies from vonage.com).
