From whatreallyhappened.com:

THESE ARE THE FACES OF OUR CHILDREN, LOST FAR FROM HOME.

Why did you take them from us, Mr. Bush? And when will you give them back?

Yeah...no bias there!

Tripleshot - This has already been taken to and laughed out of court. The judge pointed to the specific resolutions already passed by Congress which more than give Bush the authorization to do what he is doing. There even is some backing for the opinion that the President needs little to no authorization if he, as the Commander-in-Chief, decides that the US' national security is threatened.

The Act that puts some limits on what can be done is the "War Powers Act". A google seach will get you whatever else you need.

A while back Congress voted to give Bush power to use military force in Iraq. I'm not sure how long it lasts for, or how much force it authorized, but they voted for something along those lines

I believe its indefinite, If I recal correctly, there was never a formal decleration of War for Vietnam, Panama, Desert Storm...matter of fact, I think the last formally declared War was WWII

not saying they don't have bias, just saying that ALL news organizations have bias. Its good to build your knowledge from a large variety of sources for that reason

Well, it isnt about WMD's. I's about liberating Iraq. Just look at what they called the operation. Think about why that is.

Cause Saddam is such a great fella, and he would NEVER have banned weapons, he just likes to spank children a little to hard...?

I've been worried about propaganda since 9/11, and from looking at all available sources and at history, I think that the Coalition governments are definatly propagandizing(word?!?) at least in part. Also look at this site.

There is no such thing as "free" speech when it comes to war.

Well, imho , you have been smoking more than cigars if you go to those two sites for your news.....

The first website is a guys personal website (I am sure that he has incredible inside information though... ) , and the second website has a news story about "The Paypal Saga"..........I didn't even bother to read any further.....

Well its someone's personal website of a translation of a russian news ring. I tend to think its legit.

The second site has some good info about 9/11. Its on the left hand side. Maybe you should take a look. It talks about how Israel influences the US government in many ways. All I ask is you read with an open mind, and ignore the paypal scam

this was expected, its standard military procedure. Maybe they took out some of those stupid dune coons that were dancing with their AK-47s around it in the video in the process.

Wonder if there were any Iraqi troops climbing around on it? Watching the footage of the Iraqis looking at it made me wonder if a rocket was going to be launched into in front of the camera!

Theres enough Russians in Russia that I tend to believe that though they come from the same country, they aren't the same Russians.

I have 41 ribbons on my homepage. that was the last "confirmed" number I had heard even though they feared there were more. I included the British that have fallen too.

did anyone else realize the navy is using dolphins to clear mines?
Nothing fishy
K-Dog, a bottle-nose dolphin belonging to Commander Task Unit trains with Sgt. Andrew Garrett in the Arabian Gulf. These units are working to ensure shipping lanes are clear of mines for humanitarian relief.

go to this page then watch the March 24th slide show, it's on slide 3. It looks like they strapped a video camera onto one of the flippers of the dolphin and then it goes to find mines. Bizarre.

Didn't they use them in the Gulf War in '91?

I'm not going to comment on this, just present it for you to decide whether it is true or not.

Morocco offers US monkeys to detonate mine - UPI

RABAT, D.C., Morocco, March 24 (UPI) -- A Moroccan publication accused the government Monday of providing unusual assistance to U.S. troops fighting in Iraq by offering them 2,000 monkeys trained in detonating land mines.

The weekly al-Usbu' al-Siyassi reported that Morocco offered the U.S. forces a large number of monkeys, some from Morocco's Atlas Mountains and others imported, to use them for detonating land mines planted by the Iraqis.

The publication quoted a highly-informed source as saying, "that is not a scientific illusion but a well-known military tactic."
