Wilson threw a big block and gets rewarded with a touchdown. Kids looking a little better though I dont like the idea of counting on him to be a legit number 3. Idk.

So glad bears are losing this meaningless game. This loss moves them ahead of these Saints in the pick dpt and they have similar needs next year so double bonus we pick ahead of them next year.

Bennet should have been fed the ball even more today. Unicorn gotta gallop. I would build a whole offense around him and forte and play power football I formation and do lots of play action to Bennet and alshon. Bears defense next year will only improve if we stock up on LB and Safety this next draft.

I don't even blame Cutler for his play really. His pocket collapses nearly every time he touches the ball. PTSD has a way of affecting your accuracy, I reckon.

Looks like Buffalo's playoff chances just got marginally better... Keenan Allen out with a broken collar bone.

Why is this important? Buffalo needs both KC and SD to lose this week along with some other help to sneak in to the playoffs.

Damn, Deek, how closely were you watching that game?

Sanchez stunk it up, time after time after time. Whether is it was falling back into a sack instead of stepping up in the pocket, or going down too easily in the the pocket for a sack, or not seeing open receivers, or, time after time, missing a wide open receiver with what should have been an easy throw, including when he threw the first of his two back-breaking interceptions, or his second WTF and back breaking (ok, he'd already helped break the Eagles back by that point) interception, he really, truly stunk the joint out.

Now, I'm not saying the Eagles are a first tier team which would otherwise be destined for greatness, no. Insisting on continuing to single up and play man with Williams and Fletcher, including on Dez Bryant, ugh. That was a recipe for failure.

There have been times when both dbs have played well enough, but never consistently enough.

Now back to Sanchez. That guy has an absolute talent for turning over the ball at the very worst times. At this, he excels.

Sure, he had a bad game, but remember...as a backup. I'm assuming you didn't see how shockingly ineffective Brandon Weeden was for the Cowboys against the Cardinals. I mean...Sanchez makes mistakes. Lots of 'em. But he makes throws here and there too. Weeden would just...drop back, and eventually throw it away or completely miss or get sacked. Absolutely no confidence he would do anything right in that game. Until that fumble (which you can't really blame on Sanchez) the Eagles were still right in that game. You wouldn't have been the same for the Cowboys of Romo was out.

I wouldn't want him as my starter, but I would rate him higher than most backups in the league.

Search warrant issued for Ray Mcdonalds' house after a female went to the hospital stating I may have been sexual assaulted yesterday, Niners immediately release him.

Saw this. Good move IMO. Once players start really getting hurt where it counts (their wallet), I am going to predict the number of incidents to drop.

I love how "allegations of possible" assault were enough to release him, but the previous actual issues weren't.

I think it was a combination of both. I mean, if Zimmerman shot another black teen, would we say "well, it had to be self defense this time to!". I think McDonald got lucky the first time there weren't charges pursued and the 49ers aren't taking any chances. He is making the entire NFL look bad with this kind of conduct.

Yeah, the phrasing is kinda sketchy. Probably alcohol or drugs involved, but cutting him now makes sense because they are not in playoff contention. If they were, I bet they'd still keep him and use the due process line. Maybe not though, cause it would be just too much negative pub.

Should the bears release cutler and cut their $15.75 millions they owe him next season? And draft a new qb in the draft.

Yep, time to cut their losses. Cutler needs to go, along with Trestman and Emery. Might as well sack Kromer while their at it too. It will take some years to rebuild, but it will only take longer if any of those bums hang around for another year.

I'll laugh if Clausen is so bad, that he gets benched for Cutler and then somehow the Bears win.

And everyone thought the Broncos were crazy to dump that bum. Well the Tebow thing was stupid, but then it got better

Well, the reason they parted ways wasn't that smart... I don't think anybody misses McDaniels and all of his bullshit he started. Sure it meant we got rid of Cutler, but it sure wasn't a good time in Broncos history.

Yep and when Clausen plays bad then it will not be all on Cutler, it will be back at the coaches.

Cutlet is done. He will get $15 million next year, but nobody else will pay him a dollar.

They were just talking about this on Chicago sports radio this morning. If the Bears were to ever trade Cutler to recoup some of their money, this is the year for it. The QB class in this year's draft is absolutely terrible, and teams may actually be willing to pay something to get Cutler behind their offense.

The guy isn't a second string QB, but he is a cancer for the Bears. He has talent, and a lot more than most QBs in the league. There a lot more going on behind the scenes that I feel is affecting his play and attitude. It's time for him to go somewhere else that he can start fresh.

Cutler is just frustrating to watch. Every now and again you will see his talent show, despite him just never looking like he gives a shit. It could be office or team drama effecting him, but we've yet to see Cutler actually look like he wants to win. Maybe he doesn't have what it takes from a mental and attitude standpoint to be a starting QB. He just always looks like he lacks passion.

Bears have done a great job putting weapons around Cutler - except for a fucking o-line. He's taken a lot of sacks - at 36 this year, and 2 games to go still. He could break his record of 52 in a year if he was playing. In his 6 years with the Bears, he's taken 203 sacks - David Carr took 249 in 5 years for the Texans.

I agree. He has shown signs of dominance, but then you will see him with the "I don't give a fuck" attitude. Very frustrating. He will do better with another team at this point. Like I said, he does have talent, I just think it's a toxic environment with the Bears right now.

And speaking of frustrating, at least Cutler's not as bad as Rex Grossman!! God with that guy you never knew who was going to show up on the field on Sundays. Good Rex or Bad Rex. Chicago radio regularly referred to him as Rextard when he played bad...I always had a good laugh with that.
