My sister gave me xbox live, which is pretty cool, and my parents gave me a car (1991 vw passat), as well they gave me a comp game that I already have (unreal tournament 2003) thinking that it was the right one for xbox kinda funny I thought, and then I got a bunch of dvds, my new 21" trinitron monitor came, and I am loving that. Merry Christmas everyone.

i got myself a comp for christmas (stats are here).

that was bout it... i'm giving my old comp to my brother and if my parents decide to get him a PS2 for christmas, i told em i'd put in some money towards it. havent decided what to get my parents yet... (they're one of those types who get pissed if you buy them something at full value before christmas... so i'm forced to get them stuff at the after-christmas sales, meh, saves me money).

got a pack of dvd-rs for one friend, a bottle of vodka for another, t-shirts for others.

This is the saddest Christmas of my life.

At 7:20 this morning I recieved a phone call from a paramedic that was at my sons house. He said we need to give my son and his wife our support, as they were transporting my 7th grandson to the hospital without a pulse. He passed away this day, only 2 months old.

Of all the gifts I have ever recieved, it is the gift of the Gospel of Jesus Christ that has sustained me today, knowing my grandson Tyler is in His care now, and does not have to worry about the trials of living in this world as we do.

I am not good at wearing my heart on my sleeve, as some here may think otherwise. This is very painful for my wife, myself, my son and his wife. I am boken hearted and will remember this sad day for the rest of my life.

Please hug your children today, and let them know you love them. And call your parents and let them know how much you love them too.
