Good luck to Netherlands. They won fairly but it was luck in an ugly, badly officiated game that was played laying on the floor.

Eh? I'm not even sure what that means. Yeah, they looked great in the first half, but they made multiple boneheaded moves in the second and that second goal from the Dutch was awesome.

Far more diving from the Brazilians throughout as well. :thumbsdown:

Van Bommel's repeated fouls, Robyn's repeated dives...should have been two reds for the Dutch. horribly officiated game. But that's what it is, the refs are like gods out there. Not to say the Dutch didnt deserve the win. They played well and defended well. I just hated all the dives by the dutch players

I woke earlier just to watch this game and it was soooo worth it... Best game of WC so far, could have been the final

Holland played an AMAZING game... I was not expecting this at all, they completely dominated in the 2nd half... Since the other bracket is Uruguay - Ghana, if Holland keeps this up they are pretty much in the final already, unless we get another surprise

Eh, missed calls were probably even, but I saw more actual dives from the Brazilians. Kaka throwing his arms up everytime he lost the ball, lots of whining, plus near the end they got really ugly.

Watching the first half I thought it was going to be a blowout for Brazil, but wow, they completely crapped the bed in the second half. It was brutal.

Arjen Robben embelishes it a bit i will admit, but the Brasilians couldn't handle him and continually fouled him, Bastos could have easily been given a second yellow for his horrid tackles on Arjen.

It's a shame because they were the better team on their side of the bracket (Netherlands, Uruguay and Ghana included). I would have rather seen them in the final than any of the others. I don't think either is good enough to win against Spain, Argentina or Germany in the final.

They never got the tempo back after that asshat got the well deserved red card. Their pass % prob dropped below 50% after that.

But man those dutch players were diving like it was the olympic pool event and then on defense ppushing and grabbing with impunity.

Play of the game in my opinion was the dutch goal keepers save from kaka's shot.

EDIT: where was fabiano this game? was he on the field? I couldn't tell. Kaka - where the fuck were you this tournament? Your highlight reel will consist of your group stage red card.
