Countries i look forward to watching are Ghana, Ivory Coast, Spain...England will disapoint their press as always, would not be surprised if 3 teams in quartfinals are from Africa.
The good news: the World Cup is back.
The bad news: I'm working a tour from June through the end of July! I'll have to find some random bar in each city or hope it's on TV in my hotel room.
Born in England raised in the US. I'll be flying both St. George's Cross and US flags.
When pigs fly lol
i cant wait. i need to figure out what time the games will be on in central time so i can see if i can swing staying up till wee hours of the morning to watch some of them, and get my tv tuner set to record..unfortunately i will only be able to record them in SD instead of HD
I think they start either early morning (7am eastern time), mid morning (10am) or afternoon (2:30pm) so it doesn't look like I'll have to change my sleeping pattern
Hey! At least we made it to the last world cup. The smallest nation to ever qualify for it! :awe:depends on what US team shows up
the one that beat spain and almost held on against brazil or the one that lost to shitty teams like T&T
If that's the case you should have boycotted all since Maradona's "hand of god" incident. After Ireland got screwed out of the World Cup, I will boycot this one
The World Cup is the best sports tournament in the world, and I'm looking forward to seeing some exciting action.
Best time in 4 years. I truly hope that an African team will win this time.
Germany's captain Michael Ballack out of the World Cup due to injury in FA finals...that's gotta suck
