I don't see why people rag on others who simply want to game. Not everyone in the world is a bargain hunter, nor do they have to be one.

You won't get one. They've been putting it as in stock every night for the last week, and then cancel all the orders and putting holds on people's credit cards.

So is it a vinyl decal, or more of a static cling kinda thing? Looks really nice, although I'm assuming you got the premium system (remote and wireless controllers I see), and I don't like that it covers the nice looking chrome DVD tray/button. Other than that, pretty damn nice, well done.

Well I had a lot of time to play around w/my 360 over the holiday weekend.

I must say that I'm very VERY disappointed with PD0. I think the game just is not that great at all. The multiplayer is a huge let down and just is not that fun. The aim in the game just makes it not that fun. Also in single player, I tended to run out of ammo often and found myself rolling around (since you are pretty much invincible) until I found ammo or the end of the level.

COD2 is a great game! This is my most played game definitely. On xbox live it is great! I love it!

My Kameo was jacked up so I could not play that game yet, I have to wait until I can exchange it and get a working copy.

PGR3 I still haven't playd too much yet but it's a good game.

The sleeper hits so far though, are the damn xbox live arcade games! I found myself playing Geometry Wars and Hexic HD often over the weekend. They are just great games and very different! Geometry Wars is VERY hard but it is so fun that you want to just play it again, and it is so short as well that you can play a few times in like 20 minutes!

Geometry Wars > PD0

Yea I only had 1 guaranteed extra 360, and thats the one i sold on launch night that ended at 9pm EST that I got $1600 for. The other 3 I got weren't %100 so I didn't want to throw the auction up before I had them in hand.

It's a decal, but the adhesive (obviously) isn't permanent.

And no Premium here... A Core system was my only option. I added the controllers, remote, hd, etc. The decal isn't really intended to cover the disc tray... I took some of the excess and cut it to fit.

Go to MajorNelson.com. He's the one that has been saying that MS is shipping consoles out on a weekly basis.

FWIW - It looks like the European launch will consist of 300,000 consoles.

Well, it's a blog of one of the guys leading the Xbox Live portion of the Xbox.

But I agree, there's a disconnect between what he is saying and what the stores are telling customers.
