Email ToysRUs, not MS. They're the ones forcing the bundles.

I emailed Toysrus, Amazon, and Microsoft about price gouging. Microsoft is the vendor - they have some say in it

This is like wanting a rare care and them requiring you to buy 2 sets of tires, floor mats, etc. as part of the purchase. It isn't ethical, and might not be legal.

Returned the games F Toysrus They aren't smart enough to put policies in place to stop it...the 18 year old girl (cute btw) just scanned em and credited my card.

I wonder like you said, if they will just sell the core and premium model or will they sell it as a bundle with games? That would be horrible if they do that.

Hackers have taken the first step towards breaking the anti-piracy system on Microsoft's Xbox 360 game console.

A group of crackers called Team PI Coder says it has discovered the basic workings of the console's file system.

The information has helped the group dig out the raw data from the console for 13 Xbox 360 games.

In response Microsoft said its console had several security systems in place that would prevent pirated games being played on it.

BB got its second shipment today, ours got 24, I was like #30 in line. Bah, screw it, I'm going to wait until a limited edition one comes out, as I did with the 1st XBOX *pets Halo Green XBOX* and the GameCube. Although the stupid Platinum "Limited Edition" Cube ended up becoming a normal f***ing color.

I got mine though BB via a special offer to rewards card members. So in a way it was a pre-order. I bought it on November 7th.

Yep, I didnt get one.

I woke up at 6ish, got bundled up, and took a drive to the local Best Buy. Upon arrival I was surprised to see no line at all, but people waiting in their cars, so I strolled up and stood at the front of the designated area, noticing several discarded fast food wrappers all over the ground. At that point I was approached by some schmuch trying to sell me a system with games and accessories for $2800. I laughed at him and said no, then he told me that all the ones that this BB had were already gone. A manager came out eventually and said that instead of having mass chaos that they took names down of people that were waiting at closing of the store... apparently people were there since 5pm yesterday. I added my name to the list (#44 for an available 28 units) and just hung around. Sure enough, everyone who had their name down got their xboxen and left us with nothing. Looks like I'll be waiting till February.

Well, I'd expect the to become more available after the holidays but I wouldn't expect a drop in price until this time next year at the earliest when the PS3 is likely to be released.

heh the game is absolutely horrible. i had a chance to play it, and trust me, its just all around bad. it looks like a ps2 game (which it obviousy is a port of), but the graphics and stuff were just pathetic, and the gameplay is just horrible.
