Same old lack of clutch hitting with RISP. Proctor has never gotten a big out in his life and usually ends up blowing a game wide open.

wow..Sturtze gives up a fat homer to a nobody. So Yankees fans, do you have faith in a bullpen that currently consists of Proctor, Sturtze, Myers and Farnsworth? I won't mention Mariano since he's the best in the business but I would be worried a bit if the starters get shelled.

A healthy Dotel would be HUGE. He could be the permanant setup man for the years that Mariano has left (which should still be quite a few).

I don't know yet if I agree. I don't know too much about Farnsworth yet, but I've seen enough of Gordon's meltdowns in big pressure spots. He's great during the regular season though, unless it's in a big game against Boston.

I was at the series last year when we swept the Skankees. Twas awesome. I really hate the Yankees, they are pretty much the embodiment of all that is wrong with Major League Baseball.

I still love my Royals, though.

Definitely. It was some grim times with Gordon against Beantown. He was usually pretty solid otherwise.

As of 2 years ago when he was with the Cubs, Farnsworth had a blazing fastball, but was kind of wild. He was a lot like Matt Clement in the sense that he was near unhittable when he was throwing around the strike zone. However, when he wasn't near the strike zone, you could look for lots of wild pitches and walks which led to runs scored. Maybe spending last year in Atlanta with Leo Mazzone has changed things, but last I knew he was still rather wild.
